Who is responsible?

When you contact us
You can contact us through the contact form or by email. We receive your name, email address, company name if provided, and message. We use these to answer your question and discuss a possible engagement. We do not use your details for a mailing list.
Providing this information is voluntary, but we need sufficient details to respond. We process business enquiries based on our legitimate interest in answering questions and maintaining business relationships. Where you request steps towards a contract in your own name, we process the necessary information for those steps.
We keep enquiry correspondence while we handle your question and any related follow-up. Relevant correspondence may be retained longer where needed to meet legal recordkeeping obligations or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Website visits and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how often our website is visited and how well it performs. This service does not use cookies or browser storage to track visitors. We do not use advertising trackers.
To keep the website available and protect the contact form against spam, we process technical information such as your IP address and information about your browser or device. This serves our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and protecting our mailbox against abuse.
Cookies and display preferences
Your browser remembers your choice of light or dark mode for the current tab’s session. This preference is used only to display the website as requested and is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser data. Without a saved choice, the website follows your device’s appearance setting.
